Forest 15

The emerald forest. Actually taken back on the 4th, but not posted though the picture had intrigued me at the time. Too busy today to take/look at pictures; won't be home until 10:30 on thursdays, which is after I usually go to bed ... (rising at 5 requires certain compromises)
I love the contrast of orange and green. This is inviting and a bit mysterious.

A most pleasant and peaceful place to walk, I'm sure.

Love your title and it's a lovely shot with all the green against the browns.

The green moss contrasts so well with the dried up leaves, super capture.

I get up early, too, but maybe not tomorrow! Great photos of the forest!

Beautiful shot! I have just noticed that we have been paired for get-pushed this week so here is the challenge for you: Capture the extremities: Speaking of the hands, how about making them the focus of the self portrait? Hands can reveal something about age and experience and could also be shown holding (or reaching for) something of personal value. Alternatively, can you photograph your feet? Do your shoes or your toes tell the viewer something about you? Does the ground you stand (or items on the floor) on signify something about your environment?

Definitely intriguing!
