This picture is actually from yesterday. It was the lovely Gabrielle's birthday, so Liam and I went to Kathy's and had lunch. I took a lot of pictures, none fabulous, all of them I am glad to have. Yes, taking pictures of people is SO different than taking pictures of things, so much more about the moment.
Today was much less photogenic. I went to work, worked all day, taking care of a lot of little details. I guess I did have an interesting interaction talking to someone I had not rehired for this semester. That was not fun. Also not photogenic as the conversation occurred over the phone.
Then I took the boys and myself to the dentist. Also not fun. I sat having my teeth cleaned and wondered whether I could ask to take a picture looking up at them. Ugh. I'd rather forget the moment than put it into pictures.
Liam fixed dinner (I'm cashing in on part of a Christmas present he gave me that involved an entire week of dinners and clean-ups) while I played with Mr. Pig and took pictures of the duckies.
