I know zero-to-nothing about fungus, but I once was told a yellow fungus I saw was a "Chicken Sulphur Fungus", so if I guessed correctly here, good for me, but if not, I'm not at all surprised!
Wow, cool picture. So rich in colour and texture. I would go for a species of the Tremella family (mesenterica / aurantia ???) (Learned that common names in English include yellow brain, golden jelly fungus, and witches' butter.) In my language it is a "goldgelber Zitterling", a golden-yellow trembler. :-) @Weezilou What you mean is a tree fungus without this jellylike consistence. Your fungi would be good to eat, tastes like chicken and this one is edible (or what I think it is), but nearly tasteless.
