Avoiding the light

the word of the day was "catching the light at noon," but it was unexpectedly hot and muggy, so everyone, including the birds, was hugging the shade as much as possible.

I was stuck inside every noon for the past three days, so am catching up with noontime pictures taken Saturday at the fair.
