Today we visited nearby Anglesey Abbey. Snowdrops are well out now and aconites are starting to appear. The clump of daffodils that was out in December is now in full flower. This is a view along the mill leat. Temperature today was around 5-7 deg C - a mildish and sunny late January day. Come April/May these trees will be in leaf. Roll on spring!
