Lichen or Fungi?

This old log at nearby Anglesey Abbey was first photographed sometime ago. It looks like the lichen is changing colour. It may be fungi as I am no expert!

I think it's fungus but whatever it is it makes a great photo. I believe I've taken exactly the same one in the past, it looks very familiar. Fav.
