I thought I'd have some fun with bird multiplicity today so I took shots of a chickadee, titmouse, and female cardinal at the same feeder and combined them using the multiplicity process. I love taking photos of birds and this was a fun twist to the usual experience.
You pulled this off perfectly. Did you take multiple pictures with a tri-pod then layer them in Photoshop? I've never done anything like this. Wonderful to see them all together. definitely a fav.
Ah, now, that was clever! What a super idea. Until I read your post, I thought you'd been lucky enough to find them all together on the feeder! I love how they're positioned, and the wee titmouse looks surprised somehow, whilst chickadee looks on questioningly at greedy cardinal stuffing her little face! :-) And the seeds are so tidy! Lovely image.
You did this very well, fav! Gayle, you mentioned liking the blur in my blossom photo today. It's partly from a shallow dof, but also partly from using the Vignette: Blur filter in Nik Color Efex Pro.
@stefneyhart Thanks so much for your comment and fav, Stef! Yes, multiple shots with a tripod and then processed in Photoshop. There are Multiplicity tutorials on YouTube...easy to follow directions. :-)
@jamibann Thank you for your wonderful comment and fav, Issi! YOU got me interested in the multiplicity process with your multiplicity photo of your daughter in your kitchen. I think they are such cool images! :-)
@tristansmum Thank you so much for your comment and fav, Stephanie! Thank you also for the information on the Blur Filter in Nik Color Efex Pro. I will definitely look into that! :-)
