Nutcracker

I have been collecting nutcrackers for about 30 years. This one is from 2008. The Nutcracker Ballet is one of my favorite holiday traditions.

@islambad Thanks so much for your wonderful comment! The bokeh is from the lights on my Christmas tree. I used my macro lens for the shot and positioned the nutcracker about 7 feet in front of the tree and presto . . . instant bokeh. :-)

Great picture!
Last weekend I saw the Nutcracker with my 11yr old as her best friend is a ballet dancer. She was a soldier and a baker this year! We loved it and it was a very good show with a live orchestra!
