This 40m-span bridge was lifted into position by a large crane on a foggy November morning last year. It is the Abbey-Chesterton bridge over the River Cam for pedestrians and cyclists. It would look a lot better without the ugly rail bridge next to it. I'm hoping it will provide a good platform for photographing the end of the Bumps races.
