April 24 Herons 2 The Chase Gets Closer IMG_9257AAA

Blue Herons are basically very territorial. Usually I am watching a Heron when out of nowhere another swoops in and the chase is on. This photo shows the beginning of the chase. I like the detail even though the Herons are about 200 yards away.
