Thanks so much for stopping by becuase with all your postings and zillions of comments to keep up with I know you must be "busier than a one-legged man in a butt kicking contest" LOL Paula, this abstract theme is just too awesome for words ---thank you sooo much! You've seen my work and know pretty well the kinds of photos I take, but this Abstract Theme has got me photographing things In such a novel way. Actually, it has me thinking about, and LOOKING at things in a whole different way, which is a fantastic way to learn, and to stay fresh with my photography. I am on such a joyride with this!!! (Just today, in a store, buying a new pillow, I saw something thay would be a wicked cool SOOC abstract. Took a few pictures, of course. Got stopped by the manager -- "No pictures, store policy." Oh, ok. Saw something else, whipped out the camera. Got caught, got warning. Saw something else, HAD to get it. Got caught, got kicked out. Got no pillow HUGE LOL!! It was worth it because: I am having so much FUN with absracts! (Still need a pillow. LOL) Thanks again Paula, for everything. Take care, Les

so glad you are enjoying the theme also. I find that I am looking at objects closely. This morning I was standing by the street curb in the pouring rain trying to catch more ripple patterns. This has really refreshed my eye for a photo
@brumbe I like your word "refreshed"; that really fits perfectly. Only wish I could post them all, but I think I can only make a single posting a day. It was raining here too, and I thought, Hmmmm, rain; what can I do with that? Used to be, I NEVER would have taken my camera out in the rain! Did you get your shot?? I'll keep my eyes peeled for it.
