Caribbean Blue

Taken from Nevis in the Leeward Islands (West Indies.) The ship in the background is the Polynesia, and I sailed on her for 2 unforgettable weeks. I never wanted to come home, and was perilously close to taking the crew job that was offered to me. But I had to be sensible; I had a new teaching post waiting for me. (sigh)

@nicolecampbell So you know how entrancing a place like that can be.........I left out the part where I sort of "fell for" with Wil, the ship's carpenter, or more exactly, HE fell in love with me, and I was "the one he'd been waiting for. :-D (heart going pitter pat right now.)
