I was mortified when I saw this! Elsie on the kitchen table is a no-no, and she knows it. Why now?? Why does she break the rules NOW?? The answer is simple: she's a cat, and a Calico to boot. So I made the best of the situation, and grabbed my camera. The cookies, well, I couldn't give them away as planned. Poor me, stuck with a batch of scrumptious, homemade, crisp, crunchy, oatmeal cookies WITH homemade toffee pieces. A pity, I know, but I managed to polish them all off, eventually. :-))

I love Elsie! Doing what a cat loves to do and you got a fantastic capture. I wouldn't mind eating those cookies ... at all. What's a little "sniff!" lol Hope you don't suffer too much by being forced to eat these yourself, Les. Pity. :)
