Ok, you have got me somewhat lost on this one other than maybe one of the definitions that I found by googling this word that I have never heard before.
@darsphotos The word means placed together or side by side. I thought it interesting that the Cross which is the real meaning of Easter was side by side with the egg hunt which is what Easter has become for so many.
@grammyn I should have known that, Katy but my foggy head and Mom head wrapped around my son being sick for two weeks has taken its toll on me. I had an idea what the difference was but, ok, no excuses, toss a big word at me and... Thank you for being so kind about this.
@darsphotos Sometimes life gets in the way of deeper thinking. I get that way a lot and just chalk it up to old age. You are far too young for that yet but I totally get how it happens. No need to feel bad about it,Darlene! This is all about what you can learn anyway! I appreciate your response. ;~}
@grammyn Life in general gets in the way of deeper thinking. Stress, meds (yes, I take a few), my son being so sick but almost well now, my husband and his %&%&% dentist, his diet starting tomorrow, giving up chocolate, old age, etc. I am not young and you are not old, we are in the prime of our lives. I try learning but forget once I do so much of the time, notes are my friend, ask my son. Drives him crazy. I think I was and am to tired to think or learn right now. Maybe after catching up on my sleep I will be better. It is great for you to make people think as there is surely deep meaning in our holidays and so many forget that.
I had to read a few of the comments too, before realizing what you were getting at but, now that I know, it's a perfect shot to convey what you saw. :-)
