Mid-morning brings a snack for the children and the nannies. Anna, one of the nannies, is drinking a cup of chai and has the snacks for the children on her head waiting for them to get their hands washed. The chai is delicious! I didn't taste the bread but it looked good too.

hehehe! my mother once asked me to bring a tray of food to the men doing some work for the neighbour. i had this idea that i can walk balancing the tray on my head. suffice it to say, the men didn't have food that day and i was grounded for life. :-) wonderful capture!
Wonderful photo--such a peaceful expression on her face as she does that balancing act--it would be an impossible feat for me! So glad you are sharing these pictures from Africa.
