Well, OK, that was a lie. We made 100 of these little cheesecakes for the graduation party. Half of them had cherry filling on top and the other half had caramel between the layers and flaked chocolate on top. Since we made them the night before we waited until right before the party to add the top layer to all of them. They were so good.
