Years ago when I worked at the high school I was alway sick at Christmas time. I recently commented to someone that that didn't happen anymore. Famous last words! I need to learn to quit tempting fate like that. I am hoping a few days of rest will help. In the meantime these are my go to reliefs.

Nice shot. When you view this in dark mode, there is a small area in the lower left hand corner with some white spots. What could those be? I've noticed the like in some of my own photis and I can't figure out if those are dead pixels or dust specs on the lens, on the sensor?
Very observant! I think in this instance it might be a crop issue. I used a light box and didn't frame it very well so cropped the part I didn't want in the photo but not very well it seems. For me it is almost always something in the set up rather than the camera
