From Dead Horse Point State Park you look down into Pyramid Canyon with Canyonlands NP and the La Sal Mountains in the background. The Colorado River is down below. The water you see is not the river but salt ponds.
wow! We didn't go there because we were strapped for time. We went to Canyonlands instead ~ but I heard about this view! Fantastic! You captured it so very well ~ it's just gorgeous!
