The aspen trees are just starting to change up in the mountains. This is Cottonwood Lake which is southwest of Buena Vista, Colorado. It is a beautiful area with many Fourteeners close by (mountains 14,000 ft or higher that you can hike up). This was our last camping trip of the season (as a family...my husband camps in the winter), and we could not have asked for more beautiful weather. Thank you for stopping by. :)!
