I saw this old bicycle in front of an antique shot in the small New Mexican town of Magdalena. It caught my eye with the blue against the reddish stucco. I also love to cycle so I love bikes in general. Thank you so much for viewing!! :)
It seems to be part of a display of old things, and I noticed the tumbleweed on it too. The area where Phoebe lives, Silver City, is a mecca for bicyclists from around the country, and it's quite beautiful. There is a box canyon and a ghost town near Magdalena that I'd like to visit, and also Pie Town. We were there last month when we visited the Very Large Array.
@cejaanderson You are so right! It did seem like a display! We were saying the next time we visit we need to bring our bikes. We were in Silver City many years ago when our kids were little. I remember it being pretty but that's all. How far is it from Socorro? We did hike the Box Canyon (that is also the name of it). Today's photo is from in the canyon. Can't wait to visit the ghost town and the Very Large Array!
