The Darrough Cabin by harbie

The Darrough Cabin

This is my friend's family cabin. Her grandparents had it built in the White National Forest near Meridith, CO in 1949. Her grandma's maiden name was Darrough. Originally the National Forest Service rented them the land for $1.00 for 100 years but has since changed that. The rent is still very low but more than $1.00. I really enjoyed my stay there.
It fits right in with its beautiful environment!
