"I Speak For the Trees."

These are the upper branches of the ancient maple tree in my front yard. It has been trying desperately to recover from a nasty ice storm we had here a couple of years ago. The poor thing. Although now I think it looks like Dr. Seuss was here...

I am a tree lover myself. I had five huge oak trees and two maples on my little suburban lot, One oak was lost to a storm, and the other to disease.. One of the maples is in similar shape as yours. But still hangin' in there :) I love the shade, and don't mind the raking (too much, lol)
