This is the tree right next to our vacation house that the Bald Eagles seem to favor. Although after they left on our first night, a couple of Osprey came to hang out. Then this group of Cormorants showed up and looked like they were ready to roost for the night - although they didn’t stay long either. So it is obviously a popular tree with the birds. Out of context it does look like a bit of an eyesore surrounded by other lush green trees. You’d be tempted to do away with it if you didn’t know any better. I’m assuming people here know better. I am pretty sure the birds know better. This tree is definitely one for the birds....
