It has been a busy summer and vacation felt like a long time in coming this year... But we have finally made it - to a new spot in Northern Vermont - and before we even had the car unpacked we found this beautiful Bald Eagle perched in a tree right above our house. Of course I abandoned the unpacking to go find the camera... Such a gorgeous welcome to a lovely and peaceful spot. Looking forward to the week ahead. And if our new eagle friend wants to come visit every day, that would be fine with me. 😊
