I am doing my own mini theme this week - "theme-lame!" It has just been too busy. Tonight we got Chinese take-out for supper. My husband and I love it but getting the kids to branch out past the chicken fingers has been a challenge. Tonight Michael had three helpings of the Lo Mein. I was so excited I decided not to be a total "Mom" about his eating technique... We'll work on it for next time! :)
