This is the view from the end of my road. Usually there is much more to see, including the local ski area (which passes as a mountain in these parts. I think it is impressive anyway...) As you can see, it's a bit foggy today. I love the fog - it seems as if everything is quieter and softer when you're out in it. The description "blanket" is a very good one. And I don't know if anyone else can see it but I couldn't help but think that tree line looks like a giant dragon taking a rest...
