This is not very original. In fact I just posted a picture of these same exact flowers earlier this week. But that is sort of the point. These are the same exact flowers my husband gave to me over 10 days ago. They still look gorgeous. They still smell gorgeous. They continue to amaze me. I know they will eventually fade but I am enjoying every moment they are on my kitchen table. There is a lesson in this, especially on a day like today. Love every moment. Appreciate every gift. And don't forget to stop and smell the flowers.
