On the last Friday of the month, Michael's class has "Open Mic" where the kids can perform or present something that they know or made themselves. I am usually working Fridays so I hadn't had a chance to make it in until today. Michael was showing his homemade lego movie "Jail Break" so it was imperative that I attend! Mike's movie was a big hit and the rest of the show was very entertaining - if not slightly torturous to sit through. (I now know more about the Rainbow Loom than any human has the right to...)
Mike and I were sitting in the back and I admit we got a little wiggy. Turned the old camera around on the iPad and no one was the wiser. Such a good influence as a Mom! (but then again, other parents were outright texting so I really don't feel that bad!!) :-)
