I actually took this picture with the intention of making it black and white for my challenge. I will admit that I just couldn't do it. The color of it just became to important to me. The little purple and yellow dots in the center of the flower, the soft green of the background - they all just disappeared! I enjoy looking at B&W pictures - but obviously I am not good at taking them...
