My parents have been taking my boys to this event for years now and for the last few, I have gotten to join them after work. It is absolutely gorgeous - a little dizzying actually! All the trees are up for raffle so the kids have a ball putting their tickets in the slots for their favorite tree - which is usually covered in toys. (Frozen was a big theme this year...) If you win, they call you on Sunday and you have to come and get it. So usually the boys sit by the phone waiting for it to ring - and I secretly say my own prayers that it won't. So far, no winners......rats! ;-)
