The household is under the weather today. My youngest and husband have been laid up with some sort of nasty sore throat/super tired type bug. As a result I have been utilizing my considerable Mom skills today - nurse, housekeeper, short order cook... And since I am also fighting off whatever this plague is myself, I was not necessarily my most efficient self. That meant no less than THREE trips to the supermarket for medicine, Popsicles, soup fixings, wine....;) At least I had the good sense to time my last trip to coincide with this.....
