I decided yesterday after looking at my pictures from our walk in the woods that I was going to do my own little mini-theme for the week. As you may know (and I know Louise @weezilou knows) I have a penchant for jigsaw puzzles - and have a tendency to look at pictures through the prism of whether or not they would make a good one. (Almost all would, if you ask me...;) So my week is going to be filled with jigsaw-worthy shots. That was the plan anyway...
Although today I went to my boys' Cross Country meet, at the most scenic spot on the schedule. (I actually posted a picture from here last year too - and it also did not feature anyone running...) I happened to take some lovely foliage shots but worried they would mess up my puzzle plans! I'm pretty sure this one still fits the bill though. What do you think? I pretty much love it either way... Oh yeah, and the boys that I took absolutely no pictures of did a great job too! :-)
