Since Winter has finally arrived in earnest around here, the bird feeders have been busy again with more, and rarer visitors. Mr. Cardinal isn't exactly rare, but he does alway catch the eye, even when he's trying his best to blend into the feeder. He's not a fan of being watched and it seems like he flies off almost immediately after I grab for my camera. So, while I know it's not the best of Cardinal shots, I am happy to get one in focus - and framed even! No cropping needed.... :-)
Well done on catching him! He may not be rare where you are but I've only seen them on 365 and just love their colour. Nice bokeh in the background too.
