On the way home today, David spotted a deer grazing in a field. He pulled over so I could get a quick picture of it. I only had the iPad with me, but it usually does a tolerable job of documenting things. Because of the sun and the glare, I couldn't see the shot as I was taking it, but I figured the deer would be in there somewhere....
Imagine my surprise when I checked the pics later and the deer is just nowhere to be found! I zoomed in - I asked David, whose eagle eyes spotted the guy in the first place. I actually had to change the processing so that you can sort of, almost, not quite see a lump that may (or may not) be the deer... Michael's theory is that is a Ghost Deer. I like it. I think I will go with that instead of owning up to my very questionable photography skills! ;-)
