It has been a busy week here with school starting up again, so I'm afraid I'm going back to a shot from vacation for my picture today. My 11 year has, unfortunately, been dealing with some new issues with anxiety since the summer. Hopefully it's just a phase as he reaches new stages in his life - but I couldn't help but get a kick out of this picture - which immediately made me think about the saying about ducks. Here is Mike getting a first hand lesson while we were in Maine last month. And I have to say, he does look pretty calm! :-)
