The weather yesterday was just atrocious. Let's just hope it managed to put a dent in the drought around here because that would be the only good thing I could say about it... Today, on the other hand, was gorgeous. A perfect Fall day, crisp and cool and bright. I was determined to find myself some foliage and take a picture a little more original than my recent efforts... (Pictures of pictures...*cough*) ;) I did not find anything truly stunning while I was out today - I'm afraid that same drought has probably taken a toll on the overall colors - but I did have a lovely, lovely drive and saw some lovely, lovely scenes. I'll take it... :-)
@chard thanks Richard - I think the Sox pooped themselves out saying goodbye to Papi... Ah well, looks like Cash and I will jump on the Cubs Bandwagon and root for Jon Lester. Now why can't we get pitchers like that.... ;)
