Fall Ball finally came to an end today for both boys - a week late thanks to a rainy October. And the first game started 15 minutes late because they had to rake a ton of leaves off the infield... I spent 6 hours helping out in the Snack Shack and watching both boys' last games. One team lost and one team won - but both did it in dramatic fashion so you can't really ask for more than that after a good season! When I finally locked up the shack, this was the view that greeted me - a lovely reflection in the clouds of the sunset going on behind me. And if you're wondering, yes it really was that dark out. The joys of playing Fall Ball in New England... And if you ask me, town little league probably shouldn't last longer than the MLB season! Just sayin'... ;-)
