Last week was my little brother's birthday and I was looking through some old photos to find a good one of him. It wasn't what I was looking for - but I came across this one of him and my Mother sometime in the very late 70's. It has always been one of my favorites between the lighting and their faces. They both look so sweet and my brother looks downright angelic... (I would like to tell you that he wasn't as sweet as he looked - but he pretty much was the sweetest kid - always was - very annoying to a not-so-sweet older sister!!) ;)
And since today is my Mother's birthday, I thought it needed to be shared. She is also as sweet as she looks and I have been beyond lucky to have her as a Mom and a friend all these years. Happy Birthday Mom!! You truly are the best... 😊
