Helen, this photo hit home for me this morning . . . yesterday I spent time removing wallpaper and as I worked at it I noticed tidbits of many previous years of wallpaper still stuck to the walls. I spent many of my "growing up" years in this house and each tidbit of past wallpaper brought back memories of "what has gone before" and caused me to reflect on how those past years make me who I am today. Thank you for such a meaningful photo.
@gaylewood Gayle, you were having similar thoughts to me - I'm glad we coincided. @tristansmum yes - it is great to find lovely colours and patterns where least expected. Thank you both.
