Chased away by St David's day

I forgot yesterday that I was going to do something with my fluffy dog picture for leap year. It wasn't a great picture, but I rather liked the lively little dog running through unexpectedly. I have two very good friends both with birthdays on 29 Feb, both of them became teenagers yesterday since they only have birthday's every 4 years! So as today is St David's day, I have combined themes to come up with something a little silly. My husband has welsh connections, so the day was recognised in our house with leeks, daffodils and welsh cakes.
I love this picture! I'm very new to this and way out of my depth! But I'm giving it a go. You've got some really interesting pictures....all so very different. This one is just so striking! Love it!

@janemartin thank you Jane. I feel out of my depth too! Just having fun and learning a few things at my own slow pace whilst enjoying everyone else's photo's. Thanks for the follow.

I feel like I'm right along with you and @janemartin . . . having fun, learning as I go, and taking great pleasure in viewing so many fabulous photos every day! Speaking of fabulous photos, this is a wonderful image, Helen! It sounds like you had a fun day! :-)

I love the foreground daffodil, and the little white dog makes me think of a spring lamb frolicking.

@gaylewood Thank you Gayle - it is a supportive bunch here
@tristansmum yes you are right! the dog was behaving a bit like a spring lamb, whilst a father was trying to teach his two boys how to fish.
