Not so much a cold and frosty morning today as a foggy one, but I caught this frosty leaf earlier on in the month. The frost was so heavy it was almost like snow. Strange that when we think of Christmas that we always associate it with cold snowy weather but across the world Christmas is synonymous with summer sun and beaches!
Absolutely beautiful. I do think frost looks so pretty, but don't miss the cold at all. Having said that the last couple of days here have been 37 degrees C. (cooler today though) so there is a happy medium somewhere along the way.
What a glitter from the frost. I often wonder why Australians persist in having snow ornaments, cards and decorations, when we are dealing with heatwaves, fires and sunburn.
