We are in January and I am already scraping the barrel. What with going out in the rain, not getting out of the office all day and walking home in the dark it has indeed felt like a blue Monday. On top of this, I didn't manage to take a photograph yesterday so feeling quite defeated. Here you have the inside of my wet umbrella when I got to work - I had to do something with it to make it look interesting!
Really interesting shot! I thought it was the spokes of a bicycle wheel. January is turning out to be tough for me too. Dark days and not getting out much! Brighter weather and days hopefully on the way.
I think January is the worst month of the year - just one you have to get through. I really like your 'scraping the barrel' though - very creative and certainly sums up Blue Monday.
