Somewhere near Bethlehem you can sit in an organic farm with a bottle of Wise Men Choice beer (unfiltered and fermented in the bottle) or a glass of arak -distilled on the farm and gaze over the hills in the late afternoon sunshine after a hard days work.

Not a scene I would have associated with this part of the world - all lush and green as it is. It does look like a very restful place after working hard.
