I'm continuing my coastal series here although I did actually get my camera out today briefly so have posted in the extras album.
It is such an age since I have been anywhere near the coast that I just want to stick with these a little while longer.
These are the black huts of Walberswick, before sunrise.
I actually managed to get up at 6am today in order to go swimming - not quite the same magical experience as sunrise, but at least it made me feel that I had achieved something before getting to work.
I've really enjoyed your recent shots Helen, I live about 20 minutes away from the coast but rarely visit, mind you Cleethorpes doesn't have quite the same appeal as this.!
@onewing@moonmtn@cruiser@redandwhite@flowerfairyann@stimuloog@stimuloog I was hoping for something a little more striking with this silhouette, but this was the best I could make of it because a better angle would have cut out the red sky. I didn't swim in the sea that morning. Just in the swimming pool on the morning that I posted it. @suzanne234 so king of you to say so. I have never been to Cleethorpes but do tend to enjoy the sea whatever the coastal area is like.
