Playing with my dandelion head shot and this happened. Now I know how to process my rainbow shots next year - although chances are I will have completely forgotten by then.

In photoshop create an adjustment layer on the original image. Change to black and white, and then add a photo filter in the colour of your choice. Easy peasy!
