We took a fascinating guided tour around the gardens from one of the volunteers and learned much about the history and development. It was a very pleasant day.
With visitors staying, organising our Coronation Street Party and now packing for a three week trip, I am afraid I have neglected my entries and comments here as well as neglecting my photography.
Will try to post something whilst away but the laptop will not be out much whilst we are camping in the Outer Hebrides. I expect to be battling with the wind and rain.
