Wellington is the first capital city in the world to see in the new year and this is what they came up with - haha. The council decided to pay all their staff a living wage and cut down on their fireworks budget which is all good :-)
Happy New Year - I love the reflections - great exposure --- I missed the fireworks in London although I hear they were "excessive" according to my parents - my four small rockets were our contribution - quite nostalgic
