Paula Brumbe (@brumbe) started a discussion about Gateways to your area. I live in Buena Vista Township, which encompasses ~42 sq. miles and 7,500 residents. It is made up of several areas - Buena, East Vineland, Collings Lake, Milmay, New Kuban, Newtonville, and Richland. The latter is where Gail & I live. Entering each area there is a sign like the one on the lower right. Entering into the township, there is a sign like lower middle. If you are traveling west on US 40 from Atlantic City, we do have a billboard to Welcome You.
Retired educator - taught mathematics in high school, went back to graduate school, worked in research labs, and finally went back and taught computer science...
@webfoot Thank you Paul, they may know either Gail or I - Gail before she retired was Acting Cape May County Superintendent @bkbinthecity Thank you, we try to be a friendly town @pwallis Thank you Paula, and it changes regularly - 2 weeks ago it was different

@webfoot The name sounds familiar. Vineland is to the west and south of us, we do have a common border. It is about 70 sq. mi. and has over 60,000 residents. Robert teaches in D'Ippolito Elementary School, one of the eight elementary schools in Vineland. If he has dealt with computers there, then I do know him.
i've lived in nj all my life, and have never heard of any of those towns! i'm such a north jersey girl....anything past new brunswick (i went to rutgers) is so foreign to me
@dkg Thank you Danielle, it is a whole different state down here. I grew up in Verona and Montclair, Gail in West Orange. We thought it was to crowded up there so we found jobs and moved south.
