Mom was a poet and artist also. She spent a month in a library in Wales writing love poems about Dad after he died, which she was offered to be published which she declined. She also did paintings throughout her life and this is one I have at my house

My grandmother painted as well. I think it's becoming a lost art. I like that you have the photo in the lower right hand corner as a reference for the painting.
