Our first stop in New Zealand was Auckland, but I took an all day tour to go out to Hobbiton [nearMatamata, NZ] were they filmed Lord of the Rings and Hobbit trilogies. On the ride out there Paul Norell - King of the Dead actor in LOTR - gave colour commentary.
